Sumatra Coffee is grown the in Sunda Islands. The Sunda Islands are a group of islands along the coast of Western Indonesia. Sumatra Island is the largest one in the group and the coffee grown in this region picked up its name.

Traditional Sumatra earthy flavor notes embody this roast and include a hint of dark caramel bordering on a woody vibe with a peppery finish. Beans are wet-hulled processed (semi-washed) which is unique to Indonesia.
