Swiss Water Process Decaffeination is a unique, natural process using the clear, pure water. In the decaffeination process, the green coffee beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. As a result of this process we obtain coffee beans that are 99.9% caffeine free. The Swiss Water method uses no chemicals whatsoever! The coffee beans retain the same flavors following the Swiss Water decaffeination process as were found in the original, non-decaf coffee.
